When using a video intercom combined with our door entry system our solution ensures all welcome guests are given the reception they deserve. With a door entry system you can see visitors at your doorstep before opening. When the doorbell rings you can check your visitors’ picture on the entry system. When you are not at home check on your smartphone or tablet. Personalise the welcome message when opening the door for your visitors for a warm welcome.

• Video doorphone: Allows residents to view visitors when they take intercom calls, speak to any visitors and accept or deny any access requests.
• Intercommunication: Our intercommunications systems allow for more than one handset to be installed in each location, allowing users to communicate room to room within their accommodation. In addition, our IP system options allow for communication between related locations (e.g. other apartments, building concierge and other scearions)
• Lift interface: Allows for lifts to be sent directly to the desired floor and limits access to other floors.
• Answering service: Our systems also provide an answering service where visitors can leave a message for residents when they are not home.
• Diversion to mobile: Not home? Not problem. Our systems also offer call diversion to smart phone and tablet via the internet so that residents can answer a call from their intercom while at home or away
• Remote control: Do you need to allow for access but are not at home? With remote control this is now possible.
• Picture memory: A way to keep record of all access requests and acceptances
• Manage welcome messages: Depending on the profile, time of day or many other scenarios a different message can be provided to visitors.

Our systems are able to manage an unlimited amount of door entry points and users across single or multiple sites as required, and also offer cloud access for remote management and reporting. Options include:

• Video surveillance: Allows for monitoring of common areas via the remote visual control tools.
• License plate recognition: This feature allows for resident vehicle entry without swipe cards or remotes and instead reads license plates to allow entry and exit, further enhancing security and efficiency.
• Bluetooth access: This feature allows for mobile devices to be used for swipe entry into a building as well as lift access.
• Facility booking system: This feature allows for residents to use their intercom monitor to book in various facilities and activities within their building, e.g. visitor car spaces, bbq areas, tennis courts, and meeting rooms.
• Destination control: This feature allows for automated lift communication to promote efficiency in the management of elevator traffic. Using this feature, residents are able to swipe their access card and be directed to the most appropriate elevator for their destination.
